• Rebel Og West U18 Div 2 Football Championship, Carbery Rangers won their final group game V Ahan Gaels & were Captained by Ronan Hayes.

They play Canovee in the Championship Semi-Final on Wednesday 25th August in Rosscarbery at 7pm.
On Saturday they had a morning in The Mountain Forge Escape Ardfield which was kindly sponsored by West Cork Health And Safety.

THE TONY MURPHY MEMORIAL CUP
The annual Tony Murphy Memorial Cup was held in Newtown on Saturday with four U12 Teams involved.

Carbery Rangers V Castlehaven & Ilen Rovers V Clann na nGael were the 2 Semi-Finals with Carbery Rangers & Clann na nGael reaching the final.
Castlehaven won the Shield Final & Clann na nGael won the Tony Murphy Memorial Cup which was presented to the winning team by Tony’s son Colin & his grandchildren.

THE DENIS HAYES MEMORIAL CUP

The Denis Hayes Memorial Cup was held on Tuesday last with players aged 8-11 from Carbery Rangers involved. 
A fantastic evening of football was provided by the teams . Catherine Santry, daughter of Denis presented the Cup to the winning team.
