CORK PREMIER SENIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Carbery Rangers 2020 championship came to an end on Sunday when they were beaten by Newcestown in Ballinascarthy, 2-12 to 2-09.
At half time Rangers were ahead by a point 1-06 to 1-05 but a strong start to the second half by Newcestown saw them go into a 2-11 to 1-06 lead after 29 minutes , a lead they held onto .Full time score , Carbery Rangers 2-09 Newcestown 2-12

CARBERY JUNIOR A FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Juniors are through to the quarter final of the Junior A football championship after a resounding win over Dohenys in Drimoleague on Saturday evening. The game was over as a contest at half time ,. a goal from Paul Hodnett after two minutes and 2 more from Mark Ronan and Connie FitzPatrick aswell as well taken points and great defending giving Rangers a big lead at half time, 3-07 to 0-02.
In the second half Dohenys only managed a single point with Rangers convincing winners 3-12 to 0-03 .

REBEL OG WEST D2 U16 FOOTBALL
A super performance from our U16's on Sunday morning saw them come from behind to get a well earned win over Ilen Rovers in Newtown. 
Trailing at half time , 0-04 to 0-10 Rangers took a firm grip on proceedings and playing with heart and determination, they staged a tremoudous comeback and went onto win an exciting game 2-11 to 0-13 , the goals coming from Ronan Hayes.

STREAMING OF GAMES:
Due to the retrictions on people attending Gaa games , as per HSE / Government guidelines, the club has streamed the recent Minor Championship game and both the Junior and Senior Football Championship games at the weekend. We are very conscious of how much supporters of the club want to see games.
A big thank you to Stephen Murray who streamed the Minor game, Kevin & James Herlihy who did the Junior game and Paul Gealsey of Relivvit who streamed the Senior game. And a special thanks to Denis Calnan for his commentary on the Senior game.
