REBEL OG PREMIER 2 MINOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP: 
Carbery Rangers Minor Footballers are through to the semi final of the P2 Minor Football Championship after a good win against Castlehaven last Wednesday in Ardagh, full time score Carbery Rangers 0-14 Castlehaven 0-11.
Rangers topped the group with 3 out of 3 wins and will now play Kanturk at the end of September. 
The sides were level 15 minutes in with four points each , but 2 Harry Oates frees after Ciaran Santry was fouled and a point from Ciaran Santry gave Rangers the lead at half time, 0-07 to 0-05.
Rangers dominated the opening minutes of the second half, working hard all over the pitch and were 0-10 to 0-05 ahead after 6 minutes. But the visitors got the next 5 scores before the 17th minute to have the sides level , 10 points each. Once again Rangers took over and drove on to a well deserved win with two excellent Seamus O Mahony placed kicks , one a 45 and the other outside the 45 and points from Peadar O Rourke and Ciaran Santry.
