WEST CORK JUNIOR D FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL REPLAY
The Junior D Footballers are West Cork Champions after their convincing win over Clan Na Gael in the Replay in Skibb on Saturday afternoon, full time score Carbery Rangers 0-11 Clan Na Gael 1-04.
Playing with the aid of a strong wind in the first half, Rangers made full use of it and were ahead at half time , 0-08 to 1-00 with Clan Na Gael's goal coming from a penalty after 12 minutes.
In the second half, scores were harder to get as Rangers faced into the strong wind but they continued to work hard all over the pitch and were deserving winners.  Captain James Kingston accepted the winning  Cup from Carbery Secretary, Donal McCarthy. Well done to the players and their management,  John Hodnett,  Mike O Rourke and John O Donoghue.

U16 PREMIER 2U16 FOOTBALL LEAGUE SEMI FINAL 

Our U16 football season for 2019 came to an end on Sunday morning last when Rangers travelled to St Finbarr's Gaa Club to play the hosts in the league semi-final. 
Missing a number of players , Rangers came up against a strong St Finbarr's side , full time score Carbery Rangers 0-12 St Finbarr's 5-17.
Well done to both the players and management,  who can be proud of reaching the championship final and league semi-final in the Premier 2 grade this year.
