We had no winner of this week's jackpot, the numbers drawn were 12, 16 and 36. Consolation prizes: €50 Mathew Twomey, Newtown; €30 John Hayes, Burgatia; €20 Gordan & Kay Duffy, Ardagh; €20 Joe Flahavan, Ballyvoreen. Next weeks draw will take place in Sam's Cross with a jackpot of €7,800.

Upcoming Fixtures
The under 12 footballers are up against Newcestown away in Newcestown in the A league on Monday next, July 18th at 7pm. And on Wednesday night, July 20th, the under 16 footballers second team are at home against Bandon at 7.30pm also in their league.  Please check locally to make sure that these fixture haven't changed.

Colman O'Rourke Tournament
The under 16 footballers completed in the Colman O'Rourke tournament hosted by Sam Maguires in Dunmanway last week. There were four teams were involved, Sam Maguires, Ilen Rovers, Castlehaven and Carbery Rangers. The Ross lads qualifed for the final, but were beaten by hosts Sam Maguires on a final score of 2-6 to 0-5.
