Senior Footballers
The senior footballers had great win over Duhallow last Sunday in Pairc Ui Rinn in the quarter final of the senior football championship on a final score of 1-16 to 1-7.

Ross started well and had 1-6 on the scoreboard before Duhallow registered their first score, with John O'Rourke getting the Ross goal. Ross lead at the half time break on a score of 1-8 to 0-2 and were in control all over the field. The only negative was the injury to midfielder James Fitzpatrick who had to go off after 15 minutes. In the second half Duhallow came more into the game, but the sending off of Donncha O’Connor midway through the half ended the game as a contest. Some excellent point scoring from John O'Rourke, Kevin MacMahon and Alan Jennings helped Ross to a good win on a final score of 1-16 to 1-7.
