Senior Footballers
The senior footballers travelled to Mourneabbey on Sunday last to take on Clyda Rovers in the Kelleher Shield. In a close first half, Rangers had a one point lead at half time on a score of 0-5 to 0-4. Ross started the second half well and added 1-5 in the first fifteen minutes of the half while restricting Clyda to no score during that time, with Alan Jennings get the Rangers goal. Clyda responded well but Ross went on to win the game on a final score of 1-12 to 0-10.

Junior Footballers
Ilen Rovers were the visitors on last Wednesday week in the Junior A league. In a keenly contested game Ilen had the slight edge at half time leading 0-5 to 0-6. In the second half Rangers came more into the game and won out on a score line of 0-10 to 0-08.

Under 12 Footballers
Well done to the under 12 footballers who had a good win over Newcestown in the 'A' league on Monday night.

Upcoming Fixtures
The senior footballers are down to play Newcestown in Rosscarbery on Friday April the 17th at 7.30pm in the next round of the Kelleher Shield. And the under 16 premier 2 footballers game against Carrigaline is now on Sunday the 19th of April at 4pm in Rosscarbery.
The first round of the senior football championship against Valley Rovers has been rescheduled due to Cork's involvement in the league final, this game is now fixed for Monday May the 4th at 6.45pm in Ballinascarthy.

Underage Training
The Under 6 and Under 8 football training in Mount Saint Michael Secondary School Sports complex continue on Friday nights between 7pm and 8pm - Everyone is very welcome.

We had no winner of the weekly club lotto. The numbers drawn were 4, 13 and 33. Consolation prizes: €50 Leona Foran, Lower Froe; €30 M.O'Donovan; €20 Daniel Hayes. Next weeks draw will take place in O'Brien's Bar, with a jackpot of €7.800.
